The delivery timeframes as stated in our delivery page are approximate. Products will only be sent to the delivery address provided at the time of ordering.

7. CANCELLATION
After submitted an order and receiving email confirmation of its receipt, you can still cancel your order providing you have not received an email notifying you it has been dispatched. Please send an email to RETURN@DONNANTDONNANT.CO.UK, with ‘URGENT CANCELLATION’ in the subject line.
Be sure all relevant details in the cancellation email, including:
Your name, Products ordered, Your order number, Your address and contact telephone number.
